Senior Data Scientist for Demand Planning and Optimization

Join our team as a Senior Data Scientist to disrupt the supply chain planning industry with innovative AI-driven solutions.
As a key member of our data science team, you will design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models to optimize demand forecasting and inventory replenishment. Your expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch will be instrumental in developing ultra-real-time, AI-driven demand planning engines.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment. Our modern cloud-based environment provides the perfect setting for scalable data processing and model development.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in demand forecasting or retail/supply chain management. You will have exposure to containerization technologies and data orchestration frameworks such as Airflow or Prefect.
The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering skills with a focus on clean, modular, object-oriented code. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced machine learning models for demand forecasting and optimization
- Design and implement large-scale data processing pipelines using cloud-based environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production-grade pipelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- Experience with distributed training and large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
