You will analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Your expertise will be essential in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and complex aspects of applications and technology installations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direction and mentoring to project teams
  • Influencing customer leadership on key decisions
  • Supporting business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
  • Collaborating with consulting sales teams by providing domain expertise
  • Resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions

A minimum of 10 years of overall experience from finTech companies, working on OFSAA suite, is required for this position. A Bachelor's, Master's, or MCA degree is also preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle EPM/ERM solutions, including configuring ERF applications like LRM, ALM, PFT, and FTP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
