Job Title: Manual/Automation QA Tester

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical QA Tester to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and validate software functionality, identify issues, and ensure that products meet user expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent software experiences.

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Bug Identification & Reporting:
    • Identify, document, and report defects using an issue tracking system.
    • Provide detailed defect descriptions and steps to reproduce for the development team.
    • Re-test fixed defects to confirm resolution.
    • Proficient in non-functional testing, including performance, security, and compatibility testing across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
    • Actively participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, providing updates on testing progress.
  • Test Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and test documentation to ensure proper tracking of testing efforts.
    • Prepare regular test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Provide feedback on processes and workflows to improve the overall quality assurance process.
    • Stay updated with the latest QA practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
