We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Host to join our team at Tropical Retreat, Igatpuri. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they enter and manage waiting lists as necessary.
  • Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions.
  • Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Assign guests to tables they prefer, considering table rotation to ensure servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service.
  • Respond to complaints and help resolve them.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the menu.
  • Assist with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
