Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to lead the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with a strong background in AWS and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.
  • Design and maintain solution architecture and ensure the robustness, security, and stability of applications.
  • Provide leadership in implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Apply multi-threading, concurrency, and transaction management in a distributed environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions, mentor junior team members, and ensure coding best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, and oversee the creation of both high-level and low-level technical documents.
  • Handle system-wide tasks like caching, performance tuning, session management, and security.
Mandatory Skills
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Microservices.
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud Services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
  • Strong experience with REST API, WebSocket, OAuth, OpenID.
  • Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best coding practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in leading teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
