About the Opportunity

This is a full-time role for an experienced Graphic Designer to create innovative visual concepts and designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Concept Development: Develop creative ideas and design solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a designer in a marketing or agency environment, with web design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for web design and UI mockups.
  • Understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Skillset:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (for web design and UI mockups)
  • Responsive web design and basic UI/UX best practices
  • CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for graphic design and a desire to grow professionally.
