Job Opportunity: Test Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

  • Migrate existing test programs and develop new ones, including characterization programs and custom test methods.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and migrating full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.

  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
