Job Overview:

As a seasoned supply chain planning specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and optimizing operations. You will be responsible for leading and participating in implementation projects, configuring RapidResponse modules, designing dashboards, and supporting integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in supply chain planning projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • Configure RapidResponse modules to optimize demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and S&OP processes.
  • Design and build analytical reports, dashboards, and alerts within Kinaxis.
  • Support integration of Kinaxis with ERP systems using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into actionable insights.
  • Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA, and integration via ETL, APIs, or middleware.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results.
