Digital Trials Specialist

The role of a Clinical Systems Tester is to provide testing and validation support within a Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) environment. This involves working with various digital systems and patient-facing technologies, ensuring seamless functionality and data accuracy.
As a Clinical Systems Tester, you will be responsible for authoring and executing test scripts in Veeva EDC, aligned with protocol requirements. You will also validate workflows across eCOA and IRT platforms, as well as participate in system validation for DCT tools including handheld and remote-use devices.
This position requires strong hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS (EDC), a working knowledge of eCOA platforms, and experience with IRT systems. Prior involvement in DCT environments and understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements are also highly desirable.
- Test Script Development: Author and execute test scripts in Veeva EDC, aligned with protocol requirements.
- Workflow Validation: Validate workflows across eCOA and IRT platforms.
- System Validation: Participate in system validation for DCT tools.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with clinical ops, data management, and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
- Data Review: Review data capture logic and support query testing.
