Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to oversee the successful delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive project management framework to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects from design stage to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Negotiate and coordinate vendor contracts, managing risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on process improvement and continuous learning.
  • Relevant experience in the building construction industry, with knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) an asset.
