Key Responsibilities- Develop imaginative design layouts with confidence and strong communication skills.
- Possess a passion for interior design and knowledge of 2D and 3D software.
- Demonstrate efficient time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Show willingness to learn and have basic knowledge of material applications.
The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare captivating mood boards and presentations.
- Work on Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with vendors.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Create detailed 2D layouts and drawings.
- Design impressive 3D renders for client presentations.
- C-coordinate with contractors for site updates.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 0-3 years of experience are required. Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, and aesthetic sense for material selection is essential.
