As a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Manager at our organisation you will be responsible for the efficient running of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and Optimise MEP Drawings
    • Detailed assessment of MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and service efficiency is maintained.
  • Provide Value Engineering Inputs and Benchmark Service Standards
    • Identification of opportunities to improve service standards and reduce costs through value engineering initiatives.
  • Support Cost Estimation and Budgeting for MEP Scope
    • A precise estimation and budgeting for MEP scope to align with project goals.
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, and Internal Teams for Project Execution
    • Effective collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of MEP scope.
  • Monitor Site Progress, Conduct Regular Inspections, and Ensure Quality Standards are Met
    • Ongoing monitoring of site progress to guarantee quality standards are met.
  • Lead Sustainability Initiatives (STP, WTP, Rainwater Harvesting, Green Building)
    • Promotion of sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and enhance business reputation.
  • Prepare MIS Reports, Certify Bills, and Manage MEP Budgets
    • Timely preparation and submission of MIS reports to maintain transparency in MEP budgets.
  • Installation and Commissioning of High-End Equipment
    • Hands-on experience with high-end equipment installation and commissioning processes.

Ideal candidate profile includes a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management, with minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role.
