Structural Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Structural Integrity Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We conduct comprehensive evaluations of aircraft structures to guarantee safety and durability, involving Static, Fatigue & Damage Tolerance analysis.
  • Our team updates and validates Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations to accurately model real-world conditions. DMU cleaning ensures the precision of our digital models.
  • We analyze stress on composite and metallic materials to identify potential vulnerabilities and optimize material selection.
  • Load extraction using in-house tools enables us to accurately calculate stresses on various components.
  • We utilize ISAMI, Hypermesh, MSC Nastran/Patran software to simulate complex structural behavior and optimize designs.
  • Develop Excel VBA macros for automation and reporting purposes, streamlining data analysis and presentation.
