Structural Engineer - Project Lead

This full-time hybrid position is for a Structural Engineer to lead and manage various projects. The role involves collaborating with the civil engineering team, performing structural analyses, conducting calculations, and designing structural components using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams in structural engineering projects
  • Conduct structural analyses, perform calculations, and design structural components
  • Collaborate with civil engineers and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations through effective project management
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Required Skills:

  • Professional expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in performing calculations and conducting structural analysis
  • Experience with STAAD software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Project management experience is an added advantage
