Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Verification Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Verification Expert to lead the verification process for our advanced AMS designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing analog, digital, and mixed-signal test benches, as well as developing SystemVerilog real number analog behavioral models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analog and Digital Interface Verification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital interfaces, and verify system-level requirements.
  • Verification Methodologies and Automation: Develop and implement advanced verification methodologies, automation flows, and scripts to streamline the verification process.
  • AMS Simulation and Verification: Define and lead the development of simulation and verification methodologies for complex AMS circuits, including LDOs, DC-DC converters, Bandgap, ADC/DAC, Temp Sensors, and PLLs.
  • System-Level Validation: Collaborate with designers to validate system-level requirements and ensure cross-domain functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Hands-on Experience: 4+ years of experience in AMS design verification.
  • Technical Skills:">Proficiency in SystemVerilog and Real Number Modeling, Cadence Spectre, and AMS simulators.
  • Scripting Languages: Python, Tcl, or Perl.
  • Analog IPs: Strong understanding of Bandgap, Oscillator, ADC/DAC, LDO, PLL, SerDes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Verification Methodologies: Experience developing verification methodologies, automation, and flows.
  • AMS Chip Bring-up: Hands-on experience in AMS chip bring-up and debug.
  • Tape-out Experience: Tape-out experience in verification of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
  • CMOS and VLSI Technologies: Strong understanding of CMOS and VLSI technologies, including layout effects, device physics, sub-micron behavior, and reliability.
