Job Description

As a senior operations manager, you will oversee the growth and performance of our branch in Bihar & Jharkhand. Your role involves strategic planning, business development, daily operations, recruitment, compliance with industry regulations, and driving team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading business development to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and staff management
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team to meet business objectives
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Providing exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the elevator industry
  • Elevator industry experience of 5+ years in Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson is mandatory
  • The ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings
  • Business development, strategic planning, and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering preferred
