About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Contract Management professional to join our team at Isprava. As a Sr. Manager Contracts, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.

You will analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control, collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution, develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery, conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance, perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee contracts across all trades
  • Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control
  • Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery
  • Conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance

Requirements
  • 10+ Years of experience in contract management in the Real Estate / Construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate / Construction Contracts
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles
