Job Opportunity

Vayuz Technologies is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead our design team. Key responsibilities include designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating with developers and project managers, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups, conducting user research and usability testing, ensuring consistency of design across all platforms, applying user-centered design principles, staying updated on current design trends, optimizing designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance, communicating design rationale clearly, and managing time efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and grid systems for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience working with agile teams or in fast-paced development environments is a plus.
