Lead Technical Program Manager for IP and SOC Verification

We are seeking an experienced technical program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills to drive our IP and SOC verification efforts.


The Role:
  • Create and execute project plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of project management principles and apply them effectively on small to large-size projects.
  • Responsible for projects or processes of significant technical importance and results that cross engineering project areas.
  • Initiate process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide unique views of project status updates and facilitate team dependencies and communications.
  • Identify action plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with core teams to identify areas requiring special attention.
  • Collect and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Engage with IP and SOC teams to drive closure to IP deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience focused on IP and/or SOC design and verification.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle all levels of interaction.
  • Horizontal leadership/matrix management experience.
  • Technical program management experience.
  • Collaborate in problem solving and mitigating risks with Engineering, Business Units, and Product Management.

Academic Credentials:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
  • Formal project management education.
