This individual will oversee the design and development of tooling and components for our sheet metal stamping and metal fabrication processes, ensuring that the products meet the highest industry standards.
The Senior Design Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with customers to ensure product designs are innovative, cost-effective, and manufacturable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new sheet metal components, including tooling and product designs for automotive and non-automotive industries.
- Manage a team of design engineers to ensure all design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality, and NPD (New Product Development), to ensure designs meet customer specifications and manufacturability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
