Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering solutions for a strategic program management product. They will work closely with the Technical Architect, Product Design Team, Quality Assurance and other Software Engineers to build innovative features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure code quality and performance requirements of a SaaS product
  • Build front-end software using React/Javascript according to visual designs
  • Implement corresponding backend model software using Ruby on Rails
  • Maintain existing client application and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Write unit tests to ensure high-quality Ruby on Rails code
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and provide best customer solutions
  • Estimate, self-plan and self-manage tasks as a developer in an Agile team

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 3-9 years professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, SQL and database use
  • Knowledge of CI/CD technologies, software engineering and best practices
