High-Performance Mobile Application Developer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in Flutter/Dart to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean architecture, Flutter internals, and scalable state management.

• Develop and maintain modular, testable, and performant Flutter applications.
• Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Cubit, etc.) and optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Flutter internals, hands-on experience with state management frameworks, and excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Bonus points for contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects or prior experience building apps for large-scale environments.

The interview process consists of two rounds: Technical Deep Dive and System Design + Architecture.

• Technical Deep Dive (60–75 min): A combination of questions covering Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving, along with a hands-on coding challenge focused on widget building/state management.
• System Design + Architecture (60 min): Discussion on clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, testing strategy, and evaluation of problem-solving, clarity, and engineering maturity.
