Job Title: Creative Designer Graphic + Video

At our organization, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of research and innovation throughout the nation.

The role involves designing graphics, developing branding materials, creating web designs, and designing logos. You will work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life through visual content, ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms.

  • You will craft the visual identity of the company through engaging graphics, social media creatives, and short videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing graphics for web, brochures, presentations, and events
  • Creating short videos and reels showcasing workshops & student journeys
  • Supporting brand storytelling with visual content
  • Maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms

We require candidates with proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Canva, experience in both static and motion design, strong creative sense, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications:

  • Graphics and Graphic Design skills
  • Experience in Branding and Logo Design
  • Web Design skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Absolutely essential qualifications include graphic design skills, branding and logo design experience, web design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication skills.
