Visual Designer Role

We're seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to craft compelling stories across digital, print, and event platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or collaborate with our team at our Bangalore office.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups. A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work is essential. Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work is required.

  1. Develop visually appealing designs for landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  2. Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  3. Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  4. Develop email templates that are both visually appealing and mobile-friendly.
  5. Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  6. Buid sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
  7. Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  8. Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are necessary:

  • Experience in design software (e.g., Figma).
  • Familiarity with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
