AI/ML Expert Role

A senior professional with a strong background in advanced analytics and machine learning is required to drive business growth and innovation within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyse complex business requirements and domain-specific data from E&P, O&M, Supply Chain, and HSE datasets to identify opportunities for AI/ML implementation.
  • Translate business problems into technical AI/ML solution designs, including feature engineering and model selection.
  • Apply AI/ML algorithms to large-scale datasets to gain actionable insights.
  • Implement MLOps best practices covering deployment, monitoring, containerization, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and business stakeholders through requirements planning, documentation, and validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML roles with strong exposure to Oil & Gas (E&P, reservoir, drilling, logistics).
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, Scala, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of big data technologies and cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with safety and compliance standards in Oil & Gas industry.
