About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for public health projects. This involves managing and coordinating various components to ensure a cohesive model.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have 2-4 years of experience working with Revit & Navisworks and hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering. Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.

  • BIM Development: Create detailed BIM models that adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
