Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and monitor NPS and CXI measures along the entire customer journey.
  • Create an open environment for quality culture together with management.
  • Provide guidance on identifying, considering, and controlling risks throughout the design and use of the Quality Management system.
  • Offer real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision-making, preventive action, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with QE, lots, and other functions to achieve the overall Quality Strategy.
  • Train employees in specific quality areas.
  • Develop innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking creatively, coaching, and fostering creativity methods.
  • Support team members in agile/lean projects or lead agile projects as a SCRUM master.
  • Report quality status, quality incidents, and root-cause-analysis in coordination with QMiP to the Project Director based on determined KPIs, key figures, and specified characteristics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management within Electrical or Infrastructure projects, metro, railway experience, solid work experience in mega projects, practical knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, and 45001, proven track records, and analytical thinking and attention to detail.
