Senior Creative Lead: Multimedia and Visual Design

The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in managing large-sized teams and overseeing multimedia and visual design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Define team structures, lead teams consisting of Functional Managers, Associate Managers, Leads, Seniors, Juniors and Trainees, and handle performance management and mentoring.
  • Project Allocation: Assign projects based on the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Design Approvals: Approve design approaches, solutions, and development tools defined by the Functional Leads.

Marketing and Pre-Sales:

  • Proposal Engineering: Collaborate with the proposal engineering and project management teams to create proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Design Approaches: Develop design approaches, estimates, solutions, and demos for proposals, responses to RFIs, and quotes.
  • Content Creation: Regularly write blog posts or articles to showcase company strengths and learning.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Establish processes, design standards, and best practices for Project management.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the learning industry.

Leadership:

  • System Implementation: Effectively implement systems and processes in the team/workgroup by assessing the knowledge and skills required.
  • Mentorship: Assess employees' strengths accurately, their career aspirations, and development needs to reconcile and align individuals and organizational needs.
  • Coaching: Mentor and coach people at all levels and contribute to their overall development.
