Design Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team in the development of Passenger & Commercial Vehicle structures.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing BIW components and structures, as well as supporting VA-VE, concept creation, and innovative design proposals.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIW design and development, with expertise in upper body, closures, underbody, and front-end structure design.

  • Developing detailed designs that meet structural, safety, NVH, and homologation requirements;
  • Collaborating with CAE, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and feasibility;
  • Delivering designs aligned with project targets (cost, weight, quality, and timing).
Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of technical skills and personal qualities, including:

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, vehicle packaging, assembly processes, and feasibility;
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping, and regulations;
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly CATIA V5.
