Aesthetic Medicine Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Medicine Specialist to join our team. As an Aesthetic Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with skin, hair, and related conditions.

Your key duties will include performing aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as PRP therapy, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microneedling, botox, fillers, and laser treatments.

You will also create customized treatment plans for each patient, ensuring safety protocols, sterilization, and clinical compliance are in place.

Furthermore, you will conduct detailed consultations explaining treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare to patients.

You will work closely with clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and train junior doctors, therapists, and nurses on procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent clinical knowledge of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments, as well as strong communication and empathetic skills.

Requirements:
  • BDS degree (mandatory)
  • Valid Medical Council Registration (state/national)
  • Fellowship or certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Trichology, Laser Therapy, or Cosmetic Dermatology (preferred)
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic practice (minimum)
  • Experience in procedures like PRP therapy, mesotherapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, hair restoration, botox, fillers, etc.
Skills:
  • Strong clinical knowledge of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments
  • Excellent patient consultation and counseling ability
  • Skilled in laser machines, dermatoscopes, and aesthetic equipment
  • Good communication and empathetic approach with patients
  • Team collaboration with nurses, therapists, and clinic staff

Patient Care:

  • Conduct detailed consultations explaining treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare
  • Provide honest, ethical, and transparent advice to patients
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as required
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and trust

Clinical Duties:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with skin, hair, and other related conditions
  • Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as PRP therapy, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microneedling, botox, fillers, and laser treatments
  • Create customized treatment plans for each patient
