Automation Specialist

We seek an experienced Automation Specialist to create end-to-end automation systems that streamline business operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in no-code automation platforms and experience with CRM automation, particularly Pipedrive.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing document automations, building Slack command workflows, configuring and optimizing Pipedrive CRM, automating document generation, integrating DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows, automating onboarding workflows for Property Management tools, routing leads from funnels and classifying them via AI, building compliance workflows, developing dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution and pipeline tracking, ensuring all workflows follow security, compliance and reliability standards, and providing documentation, diagrams and runbooks plus training for internal users.

  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
  • Build Slack command workflows (/receipt, /contract, /auditpack, etc.) for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
  • Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI).
  • Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.
