Lead AI/ML Applications and Platform Solutions

As a seasoned Delivery Manager, you will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI/ML program objectives on time, within strategic timelines. Your key responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with individual projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects.
  • Ensure that related data assets and models are discoverable and reusable for multiple projects.
  • Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
  • Support risk management activities for the program.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, data engineering, and software development, and identify opportunities to apply them in client projects.
  • Develop, refine, and implement advanced predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on [3-4] years in managing Gen AI based platform development and data engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
