About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building scalable backend components using Java.

  • Design and develop clean, efficient Java code.
  • Read and understand external API documentation to build new integrations.
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
  • Take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
