Japanese Language Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will translate complex technical documents from Japanese to English, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of high-quality translations.
  • They will provide linguistic support for client interactions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 environment on rotational shifts, the ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable in meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese, the successful candidate will possess a strong command of the language.
  • Hold JLPT N2 certification or above, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Japanese language skills.
  • Experience working with Japanese clients in IT Service Management tools such as Service Now / Jira, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
