Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to lead our business intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel abilities, and the capacity to generate accurate reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect and analyze operational and financial data from different departments.
  • Generate dashboards and performance trackers using MS Excel.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support management in data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with plant and accounts teams for timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Science, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in MIS Data Management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • BASIC knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
