We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Retail Industry within IT Infrastructure Department - Network administration function

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of networking protocols, industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred

A strong understanding of ITIL processes and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM) will be considered an advantage.

  • Key responsibilities: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of Network & Security devices
  • Deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams
  • Manage Technical Debt
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment
