Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our API test automation initiatives. As an API Automation Professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, RestAssured, and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, RestAssured, and Selenium.
  • Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices in test automation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in test automation.
  • Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to ensure thorough testing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+years in API test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming.
  • Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
  • Strong proficiency in RestAssured.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
