  • Plan and execute end-to-end UKG migration projects to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities">
  • Lead migration project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and progress updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Technical Expertise">
  • Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions configuration and integration.
  • Accurate data mapping and transformation between legacy systems and Dimensions.
  • Rigorous testing and validation of system configurations.
Integration & Reporting">
  • Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts to connect UKG and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Support the development and customization of BIRT reports for operational and compliance needs.
Team Management">
  • Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience">
  • 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration.
Additional Requirements">
  • Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of BIRT reporting and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
