Warranty Management Expert

Gather requirements and ensure effective warranty management through rigorous testing, training, and meetings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up and demonstrate CRPs, RICEF developments, and write functional specifications to guarantee seamless warranty processes.
  • Manage warranty claims using the LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, and claim functionality to optimize claim resolution.
  • Develop SD Pricing and pricing enhancements, and collaborate with VSR tool for Validations, Substitutions, Messages, and business rules to enhance pricing efficiency.
  • Evaluate quality code catalogs on header/version/item level, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure code integrity.
  • Stay updated on ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, account keys, service contracts (VA42), and Supplier Recovery best practices.
