Job Title: Application Support Specialist

This is a challenging role for an application support engineer with a passion for learning new skills and expanding knowledge on multiple ETL tools.

You will be responsible for assisting in various projects on ETL flows, working closely with a team of experienced professionals to monitor the job identify and fix issues.

This role involves troubleshooting ETL processes, monitoring batch jobs, resolving production job errors, and analyzing data to create RCA documents as needed.

You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, collaborate with development teams, and provide support for critical production issues.

This role requires strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL, proficiency in incident management, and change management process.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP BODS client tools, basic hands-on experience with Windows, Unix, and shell scripts.

They should also have good knowledge of SQL queries, Informatica IICS, and ability to support daily, monthly, and quarterly loads along with change implementation.

Monitoring tools like ESP, Autosys are a plus, and hands-on experience in SNOW or any other ticketing tool is required.

The role involves leading and mentoring a team, upskilling as per project requirements, and working in shifts (24*7).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential.

This role offers opportunities to learn multiple technologies like Informatica PC, IDQ, MDM, Snowflake etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking domain and willingness to work on complex job flows.
