About ADCI HYD 13 SEZ

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our API Integration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working in e-commerce or related industries.

Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who wants to build their career with a leading company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze each customer's existing system and work with their technical staff to define requirements, design appropriate integration solutions, validate data integrity, and verify business processes.
  • Provide onboarding support to new customers, helping them to build automated integrations with our Selling Partner APIs.
  • Offer technical guidance, review implementation progress, resolve technical issues, and drive all stakeholders towards launch.
  • Engage with customers on a regular basis to onboard their content onto the Amazon platform.
  • Gather facts and metrics about customer issues that need to be driven to solution.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement for customers.
  • Work with customers to gather pain points in the listing process and educate them about the tools and processes which can make integrating easier.
  • Ensure that all customers meet a high quality bar by achieving high-quality automation with Amazon SP APIs and ensuring they add their full selection onto the Marketplace.
  • Gather requirements and help us build the tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which Sellers and partners integrate with us.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas (preferred)
  • Experience working in e-commerce (preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization (preferred)
