Senior PHP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team.

  • Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework.
    • Ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices through regular code reviews and pair programming.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
    • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and regression prevention.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advocate for best engineering practices within the team.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them grow in their careers.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
    • Experience working with CodeIgniter (CI 1 & 4) framework.
    • Proficiency in Python.
    • Hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, and managing MySQL databases.
    • Solid knowledge of JavaScript for both client-side functionality and integration with backend services.
