Job Overview

  • Take on the role of a Finance and Operations Specialist, utilizing your expertise in Dynamics 365 to configure and customize various modules.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Play a key part in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Work with clients from diverse regions, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East, for project delivery.
  • Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365.
  • Configure and customize finance-related modules such as Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, covering requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Work alongside technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and user training workshops.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including business process documents, functional design documents, and training manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's Dynamics 365 roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Finance & Operations modules.
  • Require at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant.
  • Have strong expertise in key modules: finance, supply chain management, and experience in fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Be proficient in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
