Job Title: Estimation Engineer

Location: Kota, India

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. As an Estimation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining application-data readiness to create Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and budgets by effectively correlating data across different sources.

You will work closely with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information is current and up-to-date. This includes communicating with clients remotely to address project-related issues and requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include handling project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining vendor product catalogs using vendor portal/platform, and engaging with vendors.

You will also evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation, prepare OS&E BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards using technology platform, and assist the Operations Manager with client correspondence and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy, track product prices, and ensure consistency in information gathered from vendors.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for the hospitality industry.
