Floor Captain

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Executive to lead our team and ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. As a key member of our floor team, you will be responsible for providing warm and personalized service, ensuring seamless table management, and handling any issues that may arise.

• Be the face of our restaurant – greet guests warmly, attend to their needs, and ensure they have a memorable dining experience.
• Lead the floor team with confidence and poise – coordinate tables, manage service staff, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Champion guest satisfaction – anticipate and respond to guests' needs, resolve any issues promptly, and exceed their expectations.
• Coach and develop the team – provide feedback, guidance, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
• Upsell and promote our offerings – suggest menu items, recommend drinks, and create special moments for our guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality.
• Natural charisma and warmth – you should be able to make guests feel at ease and build strong relationships with them.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you should be able to handle challenging situations with confidence and tact.
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi – you should be able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• A hunger to learn and grow – you should be eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our team.
