Senior Analog Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analog Design Expert to drive IC design in Bangalore, India. Our team specializes in designing high-speed amplifiers using both bipolar and CMOS technologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog design, management, and leadership. They will be responsible for leading technical discussions with stakeholders, managing design engineers, and influencing product features and cost entitlement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute designs that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product releases.
- Mentor and grow design engineers through coaching and feedback.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Minimum 8+ years of analog design experience.
- Proven track record of managing design teams and full product development experience.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and basic analog building blocks.
- Experience in design of analog and power management circuits and high-speed concepts.
