Job Overview

Enploy is seeking a skilled Taxation Expert to join its Corporate Accounts team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and other relevant tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Provide insights into the tax implications of financial decisions, investments, and corporate restructuring
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to taxation, transfer pricing studies, and accounting/tax matters
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting and tax policies that align with best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations; manage proceedings with various levels of tax departments
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment
  • Prepare and present detailed tax reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • CA qualified with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation, with a strong focus on international taxation
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations in multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory roles for multinational organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: ₹13 lac - ₹16 lac per annum
