Job Opportunity

We are seeking an adaptable WordPress Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other headless CMS platforms is a strong plus.

  • Manage end-to-end WordPress development projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers, driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of WordPress development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain customized WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to create seamless user experiences across different CMS platforms.
  • Analyze and suggest suitable CMS solutions for various projects.
  • Coach junior engineers in adopting industry-leading coding standards, performance tuning, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing WordPress architecture, plugin development, and theme creation.
  • Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs, and their applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM or other large-scale CMS systems.
  • Awareness of cloud hosting services like AWS, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new CMS technologies as needed.
