Architectural Designer

A boutique architecture and interior design firm is seeking a talented Architect Designer.

This full-time role involves architectural design, project coordination, and software integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural designs for various projects.
  • Utilize architectural software tools for design and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Integrate design concepts with technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and proficiency in architectural and design software. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and experience in project management and coordination.

The work schedule is Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing buildings and spaces that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with other professionals such as contractors and engineers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
