About the Role:
  • Manage full-spectrum provider credentialing and enrollment, including filing letters of interest and completing enrollment applications for all states.
  • Engage with payers via calls and emails to ensure successful processing of both individual and group applications.
  • Submit required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid MCO, and Medicare supplement/replacement plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring the active status of providers with payers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.

Apart from technical expertise, excellent communication skills are essential to effectively engage with both clients and payers. The selected candidate must be able to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provider Enrollment and Credentialing: Ensure timely completion of enrollment applications, submission of necessary documents, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Payer Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with payers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client and application data.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in provider credentialing and enrollment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in credentialing portals, excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
